SOL Breads is inspired by and dedicated to the timeless methods of sourdough bread making, using the finest quality organic ingredients. Free from commercial yeast, this loaf is hand crafted and risen using only natural fermentation techniques. Spelt is one of the oldest grains to be cultivated, and is referred to as one of the original ancient grains. Although closely related to wheat, many people who are sensitive to wheat can tolerate spelt.
