Spelt is one of the oldest grains to be cultivated, and is referred to as one of the original ancient grains. Although closely related to wheat, many people who are sensitive to wheat can tolerate spelt. (Please note that spelt is not suitable for people with coeliac disease).This tasty and nutritious bread is packed full of wholegrains and organically grown ingredients.
