In SOL Breads EasyGest Sourdough we combine our unique leavening process with a technology developed by Biohawk which digests the gluten proteins at every stage of the bread making. These products are not “gluten-free” as they are based on wheat, but people sensitive to gluten enjoy eating them without detectable symptoms.
