Ordering

All incoming orders are processed at SOL Breads headquarters in Brisbane by our customer service team. Wholesale customers have the choice to order via phone / fax / email. All new wholesale customers must complete our credit application form and open an account with us with a valid credit card.

Delivery

SOL Breads utilises 3 separate distribution networks to deliver nationwide:
 
1. QLD including metropolitan Brisbane - Small fleet of delivery vehicles

2. Northern NSW - Sub contracted distributor who picks up from the SOL Breads factory and delivers fresh four times per week.

3. National distribution - Third party distributor.

 
All customer orders are tightly packed into reinforced cardboard boxes with customer details clearly labeled on the outside of every box. SOL Breads delivery drivers do not accept customer payments.
