SOL Breads Facts

  • Great for many wheat intolerant people (although 30% are allergic to kamut too.)
  • Higher in protein than wheat
  • High in vitamin E, thiamine, riboflavin, phosphorous, magnesium, zinc, panthoentic acid, copper, complex carbohydrates
  • Lower in fibre than wheat
