Terms And Conditions These Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and Wild breads (ABN 47 100 507 104) trading as SOL Breads. By registering for SOL Breads and placing an order for delivery, you are bound to the following terms and conditions.
Method of Payment
Payment can be made by credit card via our secure site, or by direct deposit and cheque deposit into our bank account. Payment by direct deposit or cheque must be pre-arranged and approved prior to order placement by SoOL Breads finance. Contact Customer Service on CONTACT NUMBER to organise and request approval to use these payment methods. Approval for using cheque and direct deposit is made at the discretion of SOL Breads management.
For orders paid ONLINE the following cards can be used:
SOL Breads will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the goods and service fee at time of delivery.
Orders will be accepted 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Your order will be processed the next processing day at which time you will be sent an email acknowledgement of your order with delivery instructions.
Please be careful when entering your personal details, it is critical that you enter the address correctly for Australia Post express system to recognize it and accept delivery. You will also have the opportunity to enter specific delivery instructions eg. place at front door under porch.
Due to health and safety concerns the SOL Breads driver is not required to carry the delivery beyond the front door or reception area of the delivery address.
For online orders please note that NSW and Qld are over night express post deliveries with dispatches on Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's. The rest of the country are express post deliveries Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's relying on the Australia Post delivery service schedules.
Orders must be received by 8:30am 24 hours prior to dispatch day e.g. for a Tuesday delivery the order must be received prior to 8:30am on Sunday.

Those placing an order via fax or telephone must open an account with a valid credit card in advance of receiving their first order.
We will only accept responsibility for damaged goods if you complain to our service staff at SOL Breads within 2 days from delivery. The Australia Post manifest will provide us with such details. We are otherwise not responsible for damaged product.
If you have any products missing from your order, make sure you check the invoice to see if the product was marked as being out of stock, or if it is not out of stock, to see if you were charged. Please SOL Breads Customer Service to have any problems resolved.
Anyone at the delivery address will be presumed by SOL Breads to be authorised to receive the goods and a signature or name will be required.
If you have paid for your order online and a product is marked on your invoice as Out Of Stock (O/S), your ishop account will be credited with the value of that item/s. The credited amount will be automatically deducted from your next order.
Minimum order is 6 loaves. This is also the maximum order for OVERNIGHT EXPRESS delivery. If you choose to order more than 6 loaves and take the 2-3 day delivery option there is no maximum order. The delivery carton can hold up to 24 loaves.
