We will only accept responsibility for damaged goods if you complain to our service staff at SOL Breads within 2 days of delivery. The Australia Post manifest will tell us when delivery occurs. We are otherwise not responsible for damaged product.
If you have any products missing from your order, make sure you check the invoice to see if the product was marked as being out of stock, or if it is not out of stock, to see if you were charged. Please contact SOL Breads Customer Service to have any problems resolved.
